Our pricing is simple:
You only pay if your toll refund is successful.
You agree to pay this fee upon refund confirmation and authorise us to collect it using your provided payment method (e.g. card, bank debit, or secure payment link). We may request payment via third-party processors such as Stripe or GoCardless.
Refunds will be paid directly to you by the toll operator (to your bank or toll account). CTF Solutions does not receive funds on your behalf.

Failure to settle the agreed success fee after a successful claim may result in reminders, restricted access to future services, and referral to collection services.
