WHO ARE WE? |
Dr. Don Yule (B.Agr.Sc (Hons), MSc, PhD) Don is a soil scientist and farming systems specialist. He led the project that developed the first CTF systems in Queensland in the mid 1990s. Don spent over 35 years as a research leader in the Queensland Government, and worked in India and USA. Don is the analyser and integrator of the team, he brings it all together. | |
Dr. Jeff Tullberg (N.D.Ag.E, MSc, PhD, FIAgE, FAIAST) Jeff is the grandfather of CTF in Australia, initiating research programs on CTF at UQ Gatton in the early 1980s to demonstrate farm machinery effects on soil, crops and tractor performance. Jeff has also led major projects on mechanized conservation farming in China. Jeff brings nearly 40 years experience to the team, and valuable engineering skills. | |
Wayne Chapman (B. Rural Science, MAIAST, MASASBE) Wayne specialises in making CTF sysems work on farm. As a farmer/consultant he provides practical machinery support for growers moving to CTF. Wayne has spent 5 years working with QDNR in Central Queensland and 5 years consulting across 5 mainland states. | |
![]() Andrew Whitlock (B. Ag Science - Hons) Andrew has worked for DPI in Victoria for the past 7 years as a Precision Agriculture agronomist. He has completed many trials on soil compaction effects on yield, inter-row sowing, RTK GPS networks, as well as satellite imagery calibration. Andrew will now look after CTF Solutions business in Southern Australia. |
